NFL opening day is hyped months before it starts. They kick it off with a Rock Concert in Times square - the Capital of the World! They take a Thursday Prime Time Slot and pit it's best teams or story lines against each other.

MLB opens with it's best team playing a game 50,000 milkes away at 5AM in the morning! What the hell is wrong with baseball? They start at 5AM when you have to sleep, then they play the World Series until 2AM - when you need to sleep!
